About Presbyterian Hospice & Palliative Care:
When the Presbyterian Hospice & Palliative Care team walks through each patient’s front door, the goal is to provide that “home care” environment of compassion and comfort for patients wherever they reside - in their family home, a long-term care facility, at the hospital or on the Harris Hospice Unit at Presbyterian Hospital.
With a shift from curative to comfort care, Presbyterian Hospice & Palliative Care provides physical, emotional and spiritual care for patients at end of life and emotional and spiritual support for their families.
Presbyterian Hospice & Palliative Care provides hope, comfort and care to more than 5,000 families each year. Your support of Strokes of Compassion will help fund Presbyterian Hospice & Palliative Care’s planned expansion of the Harris Hospice Unit, a short-stay transitional unit – a home away from home – located at Presbyterian Hospital in Charlotte.
We invite you to Open a Door to Renewed Hope for the many families facing the end of life journey with a loved one. www.presbyterian.org/hospice 704-384-6478

Any update on how the event turned out?
I have heard so many good feedback about Presbyterian Hospice & Palliative Care. A friend said that they give service with a heart and I believe that that is really important, so kudos to you guys and more power. Please continue with what you have started. :)
